History
Hollenbeck Farms is a multi-generational family farm that began its commercial journey selling beef at markets and grocery stores in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska. Our burgers became a major hit at local farmers’ markets as the smell of the grill and quality of the beef enticed customer after customer to come our way.
Once it took off, H.F. Crave established its own restaurant at the Pine Lake location. After eight years, it was time for a change — we relocated to a different building at 48th and Holdrege and implemented a fresh, modern new brand.
Today, H.F. Crave strives to serve our customers the best burger in Lincoln by carefully selecting our beef and produce to bring unbeatable freshness to an American staple.
